We trade as Wades Books. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wades Books.

We sell new and secondhand books, music, film, and sheet music. A large part of our catalogue is used stock, and condition is described at the point of sale.

We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate, and secondhand items may differ in appearance from the image shown, as photographs are sometimes representative of the edition rather than of the individual copy.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Accuracy of listings and errors
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address provided at the time the order was made, and we will refund you in full.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Customs and import charges
We ship from the United Kingdom. Orders shipped into the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These are not included in the price shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
